Our Tumbling Classes are Fun with learning skills at your own pace. We never hold a student back due to age or level of class.
We stock shoes and dancwear at the studio. If we do not have it in stock we will order it for you. Please purchase through the studio.
Charmion Performing Arts Center, LLC is devoted to providing students of all ages with the opportunity to dance , twirl, cheer and tumble. CPAC is dedicated to building students character through movement and teaching lifelong skills of confidence, teamwork and wellness.

Heidi is the owner and director of the Charmion Performing Arts Center. Miss Heidi began dancing at 3 years old. Heidi studied ballet, tap, jazz, baton, and tumbling. She started her dance training with Janis School of dance. As her interest in dance heightened she furthered her studies with Danielle Kellis – professional entertainer across the United States, and Techla Murphy – professional ballerina.
Heidi has also studied with instructors from the Los Angeles Ballet Company, the director of Dance at the University of Oklahoma, famous choreographers from Chicago, Hollywood and New York City.
Heidi studied extensively with Dance Educators of American and Dance Masters of America.
In 1986, Heidi successfully tested and became certified to teach the art of dance education by Dance Educators of America in New York. Heidi also holds a Dance Masters Certification.
Heidi owned two studios in Bluffton, OH, where her Choreography won many awards until making the decision to move to Circleville, Oh, to be closer to Marc’s family after he retired from Ohio State Highway Patrol..
Heidi’s passion for dance and sharing that passion with others is what inspired her to run Charmion Performing Arts Center in Circleville, Oh. Where she went on to choreograph countless award winning performances.
Several of Heidi’s students have went on to major in dance performance, working at Disney, on Cruise Ships and teaching dance in their college years.
Besides being a Certified Dance Educator, Heidi holds a degree in Medical Assisting and Management from Stautzenberger College.
Samantha Garlock
Baton * Cheer-Pom-Pom and Gymnastic Instructor
Charmion Performing Arts Center is excited to announce our New Gymnastics/Tumbling /Cheer/Pom Pom Coach Samantha Garlock.
Samantha comes to CPAC with a wealth of knowledge in the industry.
Samantha has training in dance, baton twirling, cheer and gymnastics. Recreational and competitive. She was a competitive cheerleader and baton twirler in High School and College.
Morgan Kuhlwein

Let Us Introduce Morgan Kuhlwein!
Morgan will be joining our CPAC teaching staff.
Morgan started dancing when She was 3 at Maeva’s School of Dance which is now known as The Dance Centre in Wapakoneta, OH. She joined the competition team at 8 years old and quickly joined the older girls on the more competitive side. She ended up dancing for 15 years total and then taught jazz and tap for 2 years right after graduating high school before moving to Columbus to attend The Ohio State University.
Morgan has attended many conventions and have taken classes from many different choreographers including Paula Abdul. She has studied in New York City and danced at Broadway Dance Center. Tap is her favorite genre of dance because of the many different sounds you can make with your feet. It is challenging yet fun and She can’t wait to share her joy of tap and dance with the students at CPAC.
Amanda Carney
Dance and Competition Instructor
Charmion Performing Arts Center is excited to welcome Amanda Carney to our teaching Staff this season.
Amanda started dancing when she was 3 years old at A Dance Studio in Grove City. She joined their competition dance team at 9 years old and was a part of multiple teams. She trained in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, musical theater, hip hop, and pointe. As a competitive dancer, Amanda achieved many awards at both Regional and National events, including overall high score placements. Amanda was also a part of her high school show choir and was the dance captain for three years. She assisted in choreography for both show choir and school musicals. Her favorite styles of dance are lyrical and musical theater, where you can really show emotion and amplify stage presence. She looks forward to being a part of the teaching staff at Charmion Performing Arts Center this year and assisting with the competition team!
