Heidi Rogols is the Owner and Director of Charmion Performing Arts Center in Circleville, Ohio, and the Owner and President of Encore Talent Productions National Dance Competition. She began her dance journey at just three years old, studying ballet, tap, jazz, baton, and tumbling with the Janis School of Dance. As her passion for the arts grew, she furthered her training under Danielle Kellis, a professional entertainer, and Techla Murphy, a professional ballerina. She also studied extensively with instructors from the Los Angeles Ballet Company, the University of Oklahoma, and top choreographers from Chicago, Hollywood, and New York City.
In 1986, Heidi successfully tested in New York to become a Certified Dance Educator through Dance Educators of America, and she also holds certification with Dance Masters of America. She later owned and operated two successful studios in Northwest Ohio, where her choreography earned numerous awards, before relocating to Circleville.
In 2010, Heidi purchased Charmion Performing Arts Center with only 50 students. By the end of her very first season, the studio had tripled in size, establishing CPAC as a fast-growing, vibrant training center for the performing arts. Her mother, Suzonne Morse, was instrumental in those beginning years, offering encouragement and support that helped set the foundation for CPAC’s success.
In addition to directing CPAC, Heidi is the Owner and President of Encore Talent Productions National Dance Competition, where she provides dancers, teachers, and families with a positive, professional competition experience. She also serves on the Executive Board for Ohio Dance Masters, contributing her expertise to advance dance education throughout the state.
Heidi’s lifelong commitment to teaching has influenced generations of dancers, many of whom have pursued professional careers, including work with Disney, on international cruise lines, and as collegiate dance educators.
Alongside her teaching credentials, Heidi holds a degree in Medical Assisting and Management from Stautzenberger College. Her husband, Marc, is a retired Sergeant from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, District 1 Investigations.
Family remains central in Heidi’s life. She is the proud mother of three grown children—Royce, Stephanie, and Dylan—and grandmother to her step-granddaughter Benita and four grandsons: Austin, Hunter, Grayson, and Kasey. She is also blessed with two great-grandchildren, Brylin and Shyla.
Heidi’s philosophy is rooted in passion, professionalism, and the belief that training matters from the start. Through CPAC and Encore Talent Productions, she continues to build opportunities where dancers of all ages can thrive both on and off the stage.
“Training Matters from the Start.”
“Inspiring Excellence for Over 38 Years.”
